S R Enterprise Ltd. is the mother/holding company of S R group. It was established in 1984 as registered company with Dhaka Joint Stock Company & Firm. Initially S R Enterprise was in construction and advertising until the present management took over the business from the ancestors. Present Management took over in 1997. Built S R Tower in 1997 and gradually opened other avenue and diversified the business sector wise.

S R Tower 8 storied new commercial building comprising of about 56,000 sft area. Tenants at SR Tower are Standard Chartered Bank 24hrs ATM, one of the biggest retail store of BATA shoe Company Ltd. and about 25 retail stores of different products operated by local companies.
Among the other clients BGMEA (Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers & Exporters Association) is operating its only Institute of Fashion & Technology (BIFT) and Orogenic resources Ltd, the only data warehousing company has its date warehouse in this building.
